Refunds Policy

We will credit or refund unused items if returned to us within 30 days. Please package them securely, we cannot credit returns which either fail to arrive or are damaged because of poor packaging. We will replace faulty goods if returned to us within 30 days. Please check all goods when they arrive. We will not accept returns after 30 days

We regret that postage and packing are direct costs and cannot be refunded.
When returning goods please notify us by email (please state your reason for return) within 7 days or receipt of your order. Once we have received the returned goods we will either refund or exchange the items for something else.
