Postage & Packaging

We have standardised UK (excl Channel Islands) and international postage charges in order to make it easier to calculate the invoice total. These charges apply to all orders and the rates are as follows:-

Method

UK parcels will be dispatched using 1st class post with a proof of postage (a signature may be required). If you would like your parcel to be sent via a tracked and insured method then please get in touch for a quote. Please scroll down to look at our lost parcels information and read the risk of loss policy under our terms section.

Europian and international deliveries will be sent via Royal mail first class airmail or a similar service, This service includes insurane for lost or damaged parcels of up to £50. There may be an additional charge if orders total more than 2 kilograms as postage prices increase substantialy above this weight. There will be additional postage charged for every £50 over £200, this will be shown in your cart.  Please note that you may also be liable for import duties. Due to the recent increase in UK postal charges we are no longer sending international parcels tracked and signed for, if you do require this service please get in touch and we will be happy to provide a quote for you.

Delivery times

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of receipt, however this may take a little longer during busy periods. If you are desperate for your order please email and let us know, we will do what we can to get your order in the post as quickly as possible.

Missing, lost or damaged parcels

We rarely find that parcels go missing and are lost forever. They do sometimes seem to travel a very long route to get to our customers! The longest journey so far - 4 weeks from the West Country to the Midlands! If you are worried about your parcel please do get in touch vie the contacts page. Please also use the contacts page to notify us as soon as possible if your order is damaged
